| Sumari: | First of all the author would like to thanks to Almighty Allah for completing the thesis. The author would like to express his sincere gratitude to Commandant, dean of all faculties, controller of examination and all of the teachers, faculty member and stuffs of department of Nuclear Science and Engineering (NSE), Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) for their wholehearted support and inspiration and the unique opportunity given to study in the post-graduation in Nuclear Science and Engineering.
