Shahin, Professor, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Islamic University of Technology, Gazipur for his continuous guidance, valuable suggestions and encouragement throughout the research work. His sincere help and valuable advice at every stage made this research work possible. The author is thankful to Brig Gen (LPR) Shah Md Muniruzzaman, PhD for his continuous support and encouragement.
