My heartiest gratitude, profound indebtedness and deep respect go to my supervisor Major Muhammad Nazrul Islam, Ph.D. Sigs, Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science (CSE) and Engineering, Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) for his constant supervision, affectionate guidance and great encouragement and motivation. His keen interest on the topic and valuable advises throughout the study was of great help in completing thesis. I am especially grateful to Major General Md Abul Khair, ndc, PEng, Commandant MIST, Air Cdre Md.
