We express sincerest gratitude to our supervisor, Prof Dr. Muhammed Mahbubur Razzaque, Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET), Dhaka 1000, Bangladesh, who has supported us throughout our thesis with his patience and knowledge.
