Shibboleth: Remote Access to E-Resources

MIST Central Library provides remote access to licensed online resources through Shibboleth authentication, integrated with the BDRen TigerFed Federation. Users can securely access e-resources from both on-campus and off-campus locations using their MIST Microsoft 365 institutional email and password.

Key Benefits:

1. Single sign-on (SSO) for multiple e-resources—no extra usernames or passwords.
2. Direct access to an A–Z portal of journals, e-books, and open access content.
3. Secure access anytime, anywhere.

How to Access

Simply sign in with your MIST Microsoft 365 email (provided by your department) and password. No separate registration or renewal process is required. Access remains valid as long as your institutional account is active.
